
Tuti Alawiyah
Assistant Professor, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta; Fmr. Deputy Director, Raoul Wallenberg Institute’s Jakarta & Asia Pacific Office
An expert in international development and social work, she works to promote gender equality, and improve public health outcomes. With over a decade of experience, she has worked on DFAT Australian Government programs focusing on NGO strengthening, CSO engagement, and gender in infrastructure. She also led the Tuberculosis elimination program under The Global Fund-Aisyiyah. Alawiyah has held leadership roles, including Deputy Director at the Raoul Wallenberg Institute’s Jakarta and Asia Pacific Office, and continues to contribute to academia as a faculty member at the University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta.
