Webinar: Strengthening Childhood Immunization in Latin America and the Caribbean Through Faith and Trust

Vaccination remains one of the most effective ways to protect children from preventable diseases, yet declining immunization rates and growing vaccine hesitancy threaten children’s health across Latin America.

This webinar will explore how health care providers can work with faith communities to strengthen routine immunization for children under five. Drawing on regional experiences, the discussion will examine the role of trusted partnerships in addressing misinformation, increasing immunization uptake, and protecting communities from vaccine-preventable diseases. Speakers will also reflect on lessons learned from successful vaccination efforts and consider how faith and trust can support stronger, more resilient health systems.
